✦ Copyrights & other fees ✦• cannot draw: bara, gore, oldsters, dynamic backgrounds/postures, mecha, furry (except kemonomimi).• I have the right to refuse requests that are out of my ability.• All commissions are non-private, I have the right to re-post or use them as commission samples.• Clients can use the artworks for nonprofit purposes with credit.• Clients must not edit the artwork without asking, color filters are allowed.• Sketch can be fixed up to 3 times, after that it'll cost $5 for each time (up to 4 times).• For waitlist, you need to deposit $15 to secure your slot. If you cancel, it means you lose the deposit fee.• Only 25% will be refunded when canceling after the sketch is given and 15% if it comes to base color part. Changing brief/pose after the sketch costs extra 30% of the total price, otherwise, no refund is issued when the work is in shading progress.• Commercial: x3 ┆ Private: +50% ┆ VTuber: +50%• Commercial key gives you the right to use commissioned work for any kind of commercial purposes with full profit. Private key allows your commission to not be public. VTuber key allows you to use commissioned work to promote yourself in schedules, website, media, and live streams (except commercial purposes).• Commission will be finished within 4-8 weeks since the sketch and base are fully revised, if something happens to delay it for a few days, a notification will be sent, I don't take request with a set deadline.• I will refund 100% if I don't finish cms within the mentioned period without any prior notification.✦ Working process ✦1.
